Kleine Chirurgie

Erklärung:

Kleine Chirurgie bedeutet die Durchführung von kleineren operativen Eingriffen unter örtlicher Betäubung oder der Betäubung eines Fingers oder einer Zehe. In der Regel handelt es sich um kleine Weichteilgeschwülste, die in örtlicher Betäubung entfernt werden können. Darüber hinaus können eingewachsene Zehnägel und kleinere frische Verletzungen operativ versorgt werden.

Vorgehen:

Zunächst erfolgt eine ausgiebige Desinfektion, anschließend Setzen der örtlichen Betäubung. Danach erneute Desinfektion des Operationsgebietes und Abdecken des Operationsgebietes mit einem sterilen Tuch. Anschließend wird der Eingriff durchgeführt. In der Regel erfolgt ein Wundverschluss mittels Hautnaht. In Einzelfällen muss bei entzündeten Wunden die Wunde offen gelassen werden und eine offene Wundheilung herbeigeführt werden. In der Regel wird am 2. postoperativen Tag ein Verbandwechsel durchgeführt. Die Fäden können zwischen dem 8. und 12. Tag nach Operation entfernt werden, je nach Operationsgebiet.
