Geriatrische Rehabilitation

Unsere Praxis ist an das Geriatriezentrum St. Josef angegliedert.

Im Rahmen eines Kooperationsvertrages leiten wir die Abteilung für Geriatrische Rehabilitation, die derzeit 20 Therapieplätze anbietet. Ziel ist die Wiederherstellung und Förderung der Leistungsfähigkeit älterer Patienten mit unterschiedlichen, meist altersbedingten Gebrechen.

Neben der medizinischen Diagnostik und Therapie wird der somatischen, psychischen und sozialen Situation der Patienten im Behandlungsverlauf Rechnung getragen. Bei orthopädischen Problemen wird konsiliarisch die orthpädisch/chirurgische Praxis in Hardheim Drs. Kirsch/Wolfert hinzugezogen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Physiotherapeuten, Logopäden und Ergotherapeuten sowie speziell ausgebildetem Pflegepersonal sichert den Erfolg.
